I visited here before seeing Coldplay at Arsenal and had heard good reviews from a friend of a friend and with no other burger reviews around was hoping I was going to put a new venue on the London Burger Map!

I went up to order and asked if there was any food the barmaid could recommend, to which she replied "the burgers aint frozen" - SOLD! I was ordering the burger anyway, so I guess it can be seen as a positive sign?

MEAT - Not good. Over cooked with no flavour.

BUN - Very poor; over sized and far too doughy.

TOPPINGS - The bacon was soft and stringy, I don't see a place for soft stringy bacon ever in a burger. Only a dry lettuce leaf and tomato added on top of a mayo sauce here, again not good. Cheese was thick with a powerful taste and melted well.

SIDES – Warmish limp chips here with no flavour or bite whatsoever.

Presentation and a nice cheese aside this is a poor burger and one to be missed. Byron are about a 5mins walk from here, go there.

Overall Rating 3/10
