As detailed on my Movember post, Byron have continued their relationship with the Movember charity and this year proves to be the biggest in the charities history.

This years Mo burger launched at the recent London Burger Bash and came 3rd I believe, behind Street Kitchen and the co creator of this Mo burger Mr Fred Smith. MEAT - No change here, the quality 6oz Byron patty used throughout their beef burgers, tender, great texture, seasoning and always cooked as I have requested.

BUN - YES! Byron have changed to the glazed bun through now and here we have that bun with sesame seeds added. Does exactly what it says on the tin. 

TOPPINGS - The pickled red onions have returned from the Californian special and they are as sharp and tangy as before, love this topping. Perfectly sliced thin salted cucumber slices which along with the onion give an added crisp texture. The mustard dill dressing is smeared on the underside of the top bun is quite a creamy flavour that flows through the burger. 

SIDES – With the Mo burger being free for me it gives me a chance to try some sides that I haven't got around to yet such as their courgette fries and onion rings at £3.25 and £2.95. The quality of both lives up to the Byron menu, simple, good quality food.

A great burger that delivers a sharp tang with the pickles and onion with a creamy ride with the cheese and mustard dill dressing.
